Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to participate, claim and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- In these Terms and Conditions the Promoter is The Coopers USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, on behalf of its subsidiary Coopers DIY, LLC, Suite 1, 4700 South Park Avenue, Tucson, Arizona 85714.
- Entry is only open to United States residents, aged 21 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- The promotion will be run at USAFL Nationals, Tucson, Arizona., (“The Event”). The promotion will run during the week of October 13–19, 2025, with BrewArt present onsite October 18–19, 2025 at the event (“Promotional Period”).
- To enter the draw, entrants must do all of the following, during the Promotional Period:
- Scan the QR code located at the BrewArt booth at the USAFL Nationals to visit the competition entry page at link here.
- Follow the prompts to the promotion entry page and fully complete the entry form including first name, last name, email, and age;
- Correctly answer the prescribed question contained in the entry form; and
- Successfully submit form to enter.
- For clarity, all valid entries received from winners and non-winners are eligible to enter the unclaimed prize draw (if any).
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence), based on the information provided to it, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- Costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website, or otherwise engaging in the Promotion, remain the responsibility of the entrant and may vary depending on the internet service provider used.
- Multiple entries from the same entrant are not permitted and entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the entrant produce any reasonable information in order to confirm the entrant’s identity and eligibility to enter or claim a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction, then the entry of that entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant. A prize will only be awarded following any validation and verification of an entrant’s identity that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion. Prizes will only be awarded where the entry fulfils all of the requirements of the Promoter's verification tests and procedures. The verification tests and procedures shall be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
- Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Errors or omissions in entries may be accepted at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The total number of prizes to be won is one (1). The prize consists of one (1) BrewArt Personal Brewing System, consisting of one (1) BeerDroid, one (1) BrewFlo, one (1) complete kegging pack, one (1) BrewPrint of winner’s choice, and one (1) BrewArt Multitool, valued at $1,298 USD. The total prize pool for this promotion is $1,298 USD. In addition, each eligible entrant who successfully submits an entry during the Promotional Period will receive a unique, one-time $100 coupon code to use at checkout on brewart.com/us. Coupon codes are single-use, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to expiration and other restrictions as disclosed with the code.
- One (1) individual winner will be drawn. The identifiable entrant of the entry form must be the collector of the prize. The Prize will be delivered to the winner, to the address provided by the winner, once they have accepted the Prize and provided information required.
- The drawing will take place at Suite 1, 4700 South Park Avenue, Tucson, Arizona 85714, on October 24, 2025, at 12:00PM MST. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize as advertised in the Promotion. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
- This Promotion is a game of chance, and the winner will be drawn randomly from eligible entries in accordance with paragraph 15 of these Terms and Conditions. The first eligible entry drawn will win. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the drawing and listed at https://brewart.com/us/termsconditions no later than October 31, 2025. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within seven (7) business days of the draw and the Promoter has made every reasonable effort to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, then the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, award the prize to another valid entrant.
- If required, a redraw for any unclaimed prize will take place on or about October 31, 2025, at the same location. The winner (if any) will be notified by email within seven (7) business days and listed at https://brewart.com/us/termsconditions. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
- If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize at their discretion with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise specified. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable sales tax. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, an event of war or terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, or suspend, substitute or modify the prize as appropriate.
- The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant as invalid.
- The Promoter supports responsible homebrewing and consumption. Entrants must be 21+ and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided for under relevant legislation of each jurisdiction, as well as any other implied warranties (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or as a result of participation in the promotion, and:
- Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control), delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures;
- Any theft, unauthorized access or third-party interference;
- Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
- Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or
- Any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant.
- As a condition of accepting the prize, each winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. Failure by a winner to produce properly signed legal documentation required by the Promoter and/or prize supplier will result in that winner forfeiting the prize.

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media (including the Promoter’s Social Media) for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the drawing, fulfill the prize, and for marketing in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://brewart.com/us/privacy. The Promoter may disclose PI to its service providers and to U.S. regulatory authorities where required by law. Providing PI is a condition of entry. Entrants may opt out of marketing at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. PI will be processed and stored in the United States. The Promoter does not sell entrants’ PI. USAFL does not receive entrants’ PI from this promotion.
- An entry and any copyright subsisting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects PI about an entrant to include the entrant in the promotion and, where appropriate, award a prize. If the PI requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.
- Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that the promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
