This American Amber Ale is the G.O.A.T – The Greatest of All Time… Well we think so. This beer is a deep amber with a beige head which clings to the glass with every sip. Bursting with bright passionfruit aromas and undertones of raisins. With a big mouthfeel the flavours of Toffee, Citrus, and Resin coat your tongue, finishing with a crisp bitterness.

Brew Notes:  Beware when brewing this bold beer, due to its vigorous fermentation it may overflow from the vent port for the first 48 hours. This BrewPrint includes Dry Hops for enhanced flavour and aroma. We strongly recommend the use of the Dry Hop Filter to avoid blocking of kegging and bottling equipment from hop debris. You may brew without Dry Hops using BrewArt ingredients and substituting the Dry Hops for 2x Hops 6. Note you will need to use the appropriate brewing program, as listed above.
